What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, credit or debit card or cheque payments.

What is your return policy?

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Christmas tree, please feel free to get in touch with us and we can arrange a refund or exchange for you.

Do you deliver and is there a fee?

Yes, we do deliver but ONLY within a 2 mile radius of The Waffle House, AL3 4SJ.  Delivery is free of charge.

If you live outside of this area but would still like to have your tree delivered, then please give us a call for a quote (07903 847 599).

When do you deliver?

If you would like your tree delivered to you (free of charge), then we deliver after the close of business. Usually from 6pm until 10pm within 48hrs of your online order or the same day if you ordered in person from the Waffle  House (weekends only during December).
