What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit or debit card or cheque payments.
What is your return policy?
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your Christmas tree, please feel free to get in touch with us and we can arrange a refund or exchange for you.
Do you deliver and is there a fee?
Yes, we do deliver but ONLY to St Albans postcodes. Delivery is £5.00.
When do you deliver?
We are able to deliver during the evening between 7pm-10pm Tues-Sun. Delivery will be within 1-2 days of placing your order.

Do you offer a click and collect service?
We offer a click and collect service every Tuesday - Wednesday between 12 noon - 14:00pm and also Thursday - Sunday between 09:30am - 17:30pm.
